As a relocation client, I can?t believe how lucky I was to have found Trisha, through the internet and her website. I had contacted several other Realtors online, but Trisha was the one who responded first and started working in my behalf before I ever met her or set foot in California. As a first time home buyer moving to Orange County from Vermont, I presented Trisha with a difficult task. I needed to find something fast and my budget was extremely limited. I had never even been to Orange County and I only had 2 days to look at potential properties. Trisha met me fully prepared and she was extremely organized with our itinerary mapped out so I could start to acquaint myself with the area. She narrowed down the properties she felt fit my budget and we went on a whirlwind tour of Orange County.
By the end of the second day, I made an offer on the first property she showed me. She was able to instinctively pinpoint what she felt would be best for me. Trisha listened to what I wanted and consequently I was able to make a decision quickly. While I was back in Vermont she worked diligently on my behalf. As a result of her dedication and hard work, the property miraculously closed a few days before I started my new job in Costa Mesa.

My wife and I had been looking for a house in Newport Beach for several weeks. We also had two realtors looking as well. Our request seemed simple, we wanted a nice house located right on the sand, but away from the bay and the pier. We had the monetary resources but we just couldn't find a house for sale that fit our needs. Through a chance meeting we found Trisha Sanchez. We told her what we wanted and within 48 hours she had three houses that fit our needs.
She was able to do what the other realtors were not, find us listings that were not yet on the MLS! Through Trisha's creativity and diligence we were able to successfully negotiate the purchase of our new home. Three weeks later Trisha was standing out front of our new beach house, keys in hand. What a dream come true. This was the most painless real estate experience my wife and I ever had. Trisha was extremely professional, very knowledgeable in the exact location where we wanted to buy and took care of all the details. She even drove to our primary residence, which is quite a distance, so we could sign all the papers. She knew we had children in school and sports and getting down to Newport and back in time pick them up was a difficult task. We never thought that 21 days later from the time we first saw the house that we would be setting up our new bar-b-que on our beach front patio.
